Windows 10 RS4 nears completion, gets 17128 build on Fast ring

Microsoft is in stages of finalizing latest Windows 10 release, called RS4. If you missed, Redstone 4 is the latest update to Windows 10 due release in April 2018. As finalizing is almost complete, Microsoft has released Windows 10 Build 17128 to the folks on Fast ring release and Build 17127 to Slow ring.

This build does not include a watermark which means the code is almost finalized. Here is a snipped of blog post:

On Build 17128, you will notice that the watermark at the lower right-hand corner of the desktop has disappeared. This does not mean this is the final build as we are not done yet. We’re just now beginning the phase of checking in final code to prepare for the final release. The only difference between this build and Windows 10  Build 17127from Tuesday is the removal of the watermark. However, we’ve got more fixes being checked in for the next flight.
