KB4284848 and KB4338853 for Windows 10 version 1803 released

After releasing version 1803 to the public, Microsoft is pushing cumulative updates to the build frequently to fix the common issues. In addition to Patch Tuesday, Microsoft also released a cumulative update yesterday to 1803 labelled KB4284848 that jumps the build number to 17134.137 and brings a number of changes. Also, a servicing stack update was released too labelled KB4338853.
