Windows 10 October update re-released after fixing issues

Originally released on October 2, the second feature update to Windows 10 in 2018-called the Windows 10 October update, was pulled back by Microsoft within days of the release due to severe issues being reported, notably the file loss bug. Microsoft explained through a blog post the reason behind that and told it would continue to evaluate things and release the October update later.
