Finally, after a long delay and releasing builds, fixing things and others, today is the day when users would start getting Windows 10 April 2018 update, as informed on the blog post of Windows Blogs a few days ago.

Build number of the Windows 10 April 2018 update</h3></h3>
The finalized build number, as released by Microsoft, is Build 17134.5, which was made available to Insiders on Saturday.
As the rollout starts today and would continue over the next week, it might take time to reach your device. However, there is an option to update as soon as it gets released manually.
