Windows 10 build 15035 was from a different build lab

With the release of Windows 10 Anniversary update last August, the focus shifted to the next feature upgrade to come. Microsoft announced this as the Creators Update last year. Initially, Microsoft was slow in releasing new features, but it accelerated its pace at the start of 2017 with Windows 10 Build 15035.
Several new features were released, as discussed here, and the majority of them were introduced after 2017.

The builds after the Anniversary update originated from the RS_prerelease branch, which indicated a new lab from which new builds were generated.

The latest build of Windows 10, released this week, is 15035, which contains only a handful of new features. This build originates from a new rs2_release branch, suggesting that no new features will be introduced now and that the focus will be on bug fixes.

Windows 10 Creators Update is expected to roll out to production in March, so Microsoft still has plenty of time to fix bugs.
